We provide Full Management service only, with competitive fees and a friendly, professional service covering Bath and Somerset.
We believe that we can give a better level of service to landlords and tenants by only undertaking Full Management of the property with one point of call for all.
Our fees to landlords
A once only fee of £250.00 and 10% pcm of rental for a single property,reducing to a once only fee of £195.00 ( per property ) then 7% pcm of rental income for three plus properties.
All fees are subject to VAT @ 17.5%
GDP Full Management service includes:
- Inventory - Check in/out
- Tenant vetting
- Appraisal and Marketing of your property
- Accompanied viewings
- 24 hour access to our own maintenance staff for emergency repairs
- Periodic inspections (usually 6 weekly)
